Hello, my crafty friends! Have you started making holiday cards? Today I have a mail-friendly card for your holiday card inspiration. As you know I’m a huge fan of one layer card with a stamped background.
Of course, I had to mix various images from several stamp sets: Shine, Let’s Celebrate, Simple Joy, Joy & Cheer, and Playful Animal Friends 1. After stamping the sentiment from the Simple Joy stamp set in the middle of my A2 size white card panel, I stamped the images with Altenew Permanent Black Ink along the outside of the oval frame.
FYI, I used the masking technique to add some dimension and interest to my one layer card. Then I colored my images with Copic markers in a vintage-themed color combo. I didn’t add any shades to my images to enhance a graphic look of my card design.
I finished off my card by adding some dots with a white gel pen and some shimmer with Wink of Stella Glitter Clear Brush.
