Hello, and welcome to the Hero Arts 2017 Spring Release Blog Hop. If you came from the amazing Lydia’s blog, you are right on track! Today the creative team girls and guests are sharing some fabulous projects to celebrate the release of new amazing products.
I created a birthday card using sweet images from the French Treats stamp set. This card is a great reminder that you don’t have to color your entire images to create a card. Sometimes lots of white spaces with a pop of colors allow you to achieve an unique design.
After masking off the edge of my card front with Post-it Notes, I stamped the images from the French Treats stamp set with Altenew Industrial Diamond Ink.
After I colored my images partially with Copic markers, I added tiny dots between the images using Altenew Artist Markers Coral Berry. Those dots gave finished look to my card even without fully colored images.
I die cut letters using Hero Arts Luggage Tag Alphabet Frame Cuts and adhered them on the card front using foam tape. I finished off my card with white embossed sentiment from the Birthday Messages stamp set.
