Hello, and welcome to the Lasting Hearts blog hop. If you came from the amazing Clare’s blog, you are right on track! Today the design team girls are sharing some fabulous projects to support Lasting Hearts which was started by Kimberly Saldana, our Director of Sales at Hero Arts. I created a sympathy card using three stamp sets: Garden Bold Prints, Color Layering Bouquet, and So Sorry. I did lots of masking to make my card almost one layer.
Can you guess how I created the flower pot? I made my own mask by altering the diecut from Potted Succulent Frame Cuts and inked the colors inside the mask. I almost put some clear gemstones on the flowers, but I’m glad I didn’t. I just wanted to keep my card simple without any embellishments.
Hero Arts is donating 25% of the profits from these stamps to support the Lasting Hearts efforts, in cooperation with Angela Miller, the author of “You Are The Mother of All Mothers.”
