Hello crafty friends! I hope you are having a great weekend! Today I’m sharing a card I made for the CAS-usal Fridays #125 challenge. The challenge is to create a card using a word that represents what you hope for the new year. Last year I wanted to learn swing dance with my hubby, but I couldn’t. So my first thought was dancing! Here is what I came up with:
I was inspired by all of the beautiful colors and the fun technique from the fingerprint art at Etsy. I wanted my card to be bright and unique with a burst of colors. So I created my own background by pressing down my fingerprint onto the card base with different shades of Hero Arts shadow inks. Just a lot of fun! I chose the sentiment from Good Times stamp set by Mama Elephant which is perfect for my resolution this year.
FYI, these are the supplies I used to create my card: my index finger wasn’t pictured. 😉 That’s all for today. Hope you enjoyed viewing my creation and got some inspiration.
