Happy Monday! Welcome to the Hero Arts April 2018 My Monthly Hero Kit Blog Hop. If you came from the amazing Emily Midgett’s blog, you are right on track!
To celebrate the release of Hero Arts’s April 2018 My Monthly Hero Kit, I’ve created two cards featuring the main kit and add-on items.
For my second card, I started by stamping the Blanket Pattern Bold Prints with Ombré Spring Brights Ink on a A2 size white card base.
Then I stamped the adorable cat image from the Cinco De Meow Stamp Set with Intense Black Ink on a piece of Strathmore Bristol Paper.
After coloring my image with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush 36 Set, I fussy cut the image with scissors and popped it up on the card front using 3M foam tape to give dimension.
I stamped the sentiment from the April 2018 My Monthly Hero Kit with Versamark Watermark Ink on a piece of black cardstock, heat embossed it with White Detail Embossing Powder, trimmed it to a thin banner, and popped it up on the card front to finish off my card.
