I really loved playing with Spellbinders’ new products as it was my first time using their products. Then I created a fun friendship card using a moon shaped flower image from the Moon Flower Cool Vibes Stamp and Die Set.
I started by stamping the images from the Moon Flower Cool Vibes Stamp and Die Set on an A2 size Neenah Desert Storm 80 LB cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Smoke ink. I masked off the images along the way by stamping the next images partially onto the masks to create an illusion of depth. I kept stamping and masking until I completed the entire background.
Next, I stamped the moon shaped flower image from the Moon Flower Cool Vibes Stamp and Die Set on a piece of Neenah Desert Storm 80 LB cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink. Then I colored my image with ZIG Clean Color 36 Real Brush Pens.
I die cut the image using the coordinating die my Spellbinders Platinum die cut machine. Then added some white dots on my leaves using a white gel pen to give some interest. After that, I mounted my colored panel onto A2 size top folding white card base with Altenew glue tape.
I die cut hugs three times out of Altenew Jet Black Cardstock using Altenew Script Words Die and stacked the die cuts together using ZIG two way glue pen to make it thick.
Then I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Dreams stamp set with Simon Says Stamp embossing ink and heat embossed with Altenew pure white embossing powder.
I finished off my card by mounting my diecuts and sentiment banner on the card front using a foam tape.

After I saw your card, I knew all along that you must have done your mask stamping to create the background. I love the grey inked background due to the subtle gray color. Love your coloring.
