With this Build-A-Flower: Rose, anyone can achieve a realistic look as it gives extra depth to the rose image with six layers. To create my own floral arrangement, I combined Build-A-Flower: Rose with another fabulous stamp set from Altenew: Remember This.
Here is how I created my card. I started by stamping two roses from Build-A-Flower: Rose with following Altenew Crisp Inks: Rose Quartz, Puffy Heart, Razzleberry, Purple Wine, Grapevine, and Lava Rock.
For the green leaves, I used the following Altenew Crisp Inks: Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades, Moss, and Evergreen. And I used the following Altenew Crisp Inks for my gray leaves: Morning Frost, Evening Gray, Moon Rock, and Lava Rock.
To support my flower bouquet, I also added two bud images from the Remember This stamp set. After stamping my images in layers, I die cut them using coordinating dies.
Next, I assembled my die cut images and mounted them on the card front using 3M foam tape to give some dimension. By the way, I made an A2 size top folding card out of Altenew Spicy Yogurt cardstock.
I stamped my sentiment from the Simple Flowers stamp set with Versamark watermark ink on a piece of black cardstock. Then I heat embossed it with Altenew Pure White embossing powder. After that, I mounted the sentiment banner on the card front using foam tape.
To finish off my card, I added some Pretty Pink Posh sparkling clear sequins around my floral arrangement. That’s all for today. Hope my card inspired you to create a card with stamp layering technique.
