Hello crafty friends! Popping in to share a card which is my second entry forĀ CAS-ual Fridays #109: Polka Dots. I really love this week’s theme over there. So I couldn’t resist myself making another card using polka dots in it. š
I created a clean and simple card using a combination of dry and heat embossing.Ā I started by dry embossing my card base with aĀ swiss dot embossing folder. Then I tried cutting out a hexagon frame using Cover Plate: Hexagon Die from Papertrey Ink. But for some reason, the die-cut frame didn’t turn out well. I failed cutting every hexagon out from the paper. However, I used it instead of trying to get better one. Because I thought it would be cool to cover theĀ part of polka dots with hexagon blocks. What do you think?
After that, I die cut a message frame from PTI Fillable Frames #4 Die. Then I heatĀ embossed the frame image and sentiment using Ranger Embossing Powder. FYI, the sentiment is fromĀ PTI Inside & Out:Thank You. To finish off my card, I adhered theĀ embossed frame with dimensional adhesive. By the way, I didn’t add any extra image in my card; since it’s already busy with hexagon pattern and polka dots even though they are all white. FYI, I intended to take a little dark photo of my card because this way shows the polka dots better.
Hope you enjoyed my card and got some inspiration. Thanks for stopping by my blog.Ā Have a good night!

Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people consider worries that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks|
